Hi, did you just do a regular swirl and then push the rings into the top?  I have to make some cupcakes with peppe pig rings on top and trying to figure out the best way to go about it!  I'm also sure I'm over thinking it :)

Yes, I just did a regular swirl and then pushed the rings into the top of the frosting. No special technique :) Good luck on your peppa pig cupcakes!
