Thanks Overboard! I just rolled my fondant as thin as i wanted the tiara (and as big) then used a heart shaped cutter and 2 circle cutters (2 different sizes) and cut out the pattern. I then just took my knife and cut around the shapes on the outside edge...making sure to cut the "band" around the bottom also. Then I just put it on a container to dry. Before it dried I covered it in the little pearl nonpareils. Hope that makes sense. It was my first attempt at this and it was very easy!
