My "Mother To Be" was from Thailand and not much on sweets so I made a 2 tier cake of fruit. Thailand is also know for their carved fruit, so I tried my hand at that as well! Top tier is a pineapple decorated with black grapes, bottom tier is a watermellon decorated with red grapes and star fruit.
