choc guiness cake modeled after the Olympic athlete who is represented in the stamp. for a welcome home party back to Canada. figures were modeling chocolate. boat was pastilage and fondant. i was very honored to be asked to make the cake! yeah Canada! the break in blue color on the left hand side is to signify crossing the finnishing line. second pic is a print of the actual stamp. cake was modeled to look like the actual two rowers who competed.
