This was my final cake for my Wilton III class. I love fondant! Perfect timing for Valentine's day. The cake is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.

Hey Wendoger, I loved the wilton classes - it helped me polish off my techniques. Not sure I like their version of "buttercream" but the rest was great...I would recommend it!
