First time doing some wired flowers and fondant draping. The cakes were great - bottom tier chocolate cake with strawberry IMBC+mascarpone, fresh strawberries and dark chocolate shavings, top tier vanilla-lemon cake with lemon IMBC+mascarpone, pieces of candied lemon. I used lemon curd mixed with IMBC and mascarpone to get the right taste and it was incredible (and I don't like lemon at all :)) I also tried mango+limette version with IMBC and mascarpone with chocolate or vanilla cake and it was gorgeous... TFL!
