This is an Auburn football helmet groom's cake I made for a coworker's wedding. I used a replica helmet as a reference for the cake. It is 5 layers of pound cake, filled with buttercream, iced in white chocolate ganache, and covered in fondant. All decorations are made with fondant. The face-mask is made with wire covered with fondant.
