Toodles

I made this cake for a little boy's bday party. Its toodles from the mickey mouse club. The ears are red velvet, cream cheese icing. Covered in fondant. The face is tres leches cake, filled with fresh strawberries, covered in homemade whipped cream. The accents are fondant. Unfortunately, fondant on whipped cream.. not soo good:-( .. you can see in the second pic. Any tips??
