This cake was designed by the 16 year old birthday girl! The top and bottom tiers are white cake filled with buttercream. The middle tier is red velvet filled with cream cheese frosting. The tiers are 6, 8 and 10 inches frosted in buttercream with fondant accents. The whale, spout, anchors and letters were cut with a Cricut.
