Congratulations On Your New Business!
I made this cake for my brother in law, we had a surprise party to celebrate him taking the plunge and working out his notice at the job he's done for the last 10 years to finally become full time self employed with his new business. Its such a big leap to go from a secure job to the uncertainty of a new business and I am so proud of him for following his dream so he deserved a nice big cake!!!! (The cake is a brandy madeira cake with a lemon curd buttercream filling, covered in fondant with gumpaste bunting and a gumpaste scroll)
