YUMMY!!!

Oh my!!! This cake looks scrumptious and I don't even like strawberries! I wouldn't mind lying down and doing the backstroke in something this yummy looking!!! Gorgeous and the berries are perfect!!!

This looks really good. I have to do a cake similiar to this and would like to know what recipe you used for the ganache and how you got it to drip down the sides so prefect. Good job.

What did you dip the strawberries in? They look too white to be white chocolate! Could you please PM me or email me your secret [email protected] ?

OMG!! I am so sorry for not responding!! Okay the ganache recipe is the regular ganache but with butter for the shine. The Strawberries are dipped in white chocolate...i just think it's the flash on it!! But it usually does look white with white choco. I just melt mine in the micro!! Hope this helps =0)
