Draped dots and rosettes.....
It's always nice to do a twist on the rosette cake. The bride chose to have two tiers of her cake in the rosette pattern, and two tiers where I iced it smooth, and then hand piped the purple dots along the tops of those tiers. I then hand made a yellow peony to place on the top tier, with a white fondant bow and tails that I rolled with my taffeta roller, and brushed with pearl dust! Photo by Kevin Paul Photography.
