I made this for my sister's boyfriend. I traced the outline of the picture onto waxed paper with chocolate and then tranferred it onto the cake (i didn't have time for color flow). It worked out okay I think.

This is GREAT! Gives me the perfect idea for my son's bd. What did you use to color in? Really looks wonderful!
I actually just went the lazy way and used frosting from the store that I colored. I thin it out a little with water.
Wow, I didn't realize that you could thin down the icing like this and have it look so nice and smooth. Great to know.
if it isn't as smooth as you like....get a very soft but firm, flat and small paint brush and dampen it with water..it's worked in a pinch
