I made this cake for a sweet sweet friend of mine turning 40! The Korean characters I painted around the top and bottom tier say things like, Beautiful Woman, Devoted Wife, Loving Mother, etc. It was chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache. The black pattern is modeling chocolate. The flower is inspired by the Rose of Sharon...the Korean national flower and her wedding flower. Her favorite colors are turquoise, red and black.
