The birthday boy is into cryptids, or creatures that may or may not exist like Bigfoot, Nessie, etc. Since his 6 favs all live in very different habitats (forest, underwater, mountaintops) I was really challenged with figuring out how to represent them all on one cake. Finally came up with Polaroids in an album, and problem solved! My local cake shop printed the pics for me and they are on gumpaste. The rest is just fondant. This was a simple solution and an easy cake. It slightly pokes fun at him without being direspectful.
