I made this for my sister-in-law's birthday. It looks nothing like the sketch I made, funny how that happens, but I am happy at the outcome. The top and bottom tier was iced with IMBC and the middle tier was a dark chocolate cake layered with mocha buttercream and iced with chocolate ganache. I was in almost in tears and praying icing with the ganache, but it turned out not so bad.
