The bottom tier was made to match the bride's cowgirl boots. I made cutouts in the brown to see the turquoise and it's all leather textured. The seams were actually my favorite part. I used a crimper to seal them together and make them pretty and wavy. She was supposed to provide a monogram topper but couldn't find one so it looked kinda bare! :(
