This was my first attempt to make a petal cake. It was fun and can't wait to try again. This is a cosmo cake, with fresh strawberries in the cake and between layers. Covered in fondant, the fantasy flowers is gumpaste with a blue sapphire edge and middle, and pearl stems. TFL :)
