This is a chocolate fudge cake I made for a friend's daughter's b'day which fell on Valentine's Day. I dipped chocolate covered strawberries in coconut & sanding sugar. I used a cookie cutter in the shape of a heart & used the star tip to fill in. Everything was made out of buttercream.
