There's something to be said about an all white wedding cake. My bride Shannon was so elegant, and she wanted to incorporate the rosette pattern with the quilted pattern. I did the top and bottom tier in white buttercream rosettes, then the middle tier was covered in fondant with a quilted pattern with hand piped buttercream dots. love it. I didnt used to like an all white wedding cake, but with all the patterns and textures these days...it makes for a beautiful cake. Lovely!

theecakelady47, I totally agree. I used to dislike just plain white cakes, but now there are so many gorgeous white cakes out there. I love textures and so I was thrilled with this bride's choice! Thank you for your kind words.

Hello, I simply adore all of your cakes! What size tiers did you use?
DonnaOK 10/17/12 at 1:03pm
Hi Angel, thank you for your kind words. This cake was a 6-9-12 inch rounds. I use Earlene's chart, so it's 75 servings!
