Those are so pretty! What kind of chocolate do you use? Any kind of candy melts I've used in the past hadn't worked out very well. When I melt it, it's never thin enough to dip and let it run off.

These are too cute! @Carrie...have you tried using Paramount Crystals? Just a small amount will help thin it out and will work smoothly!

@Carrie5677 -- I'm currently using Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark, both Vanilla and Chocolate, to dip and have had great success with consistency without thinning. The Vanilla makes beautiful pastels when combined with Wiltons candy colors but dark/bold colors are hard to achieve and tend to streak.

@Carrie5677 -- In my area, Wilton Candy melts are readily available but I've had NO SUCCESS with consistency...even when thinned per Wiltons directions (via shortening) the mix is globby.
