Sewing Themed Quilt Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my grandma's birthday. She loves all sorts of crafts and sewing and makes each new great grandchild a quilt when they are born. I made this as a thank you for all she does! Everything is fondant and edible except for the "needle" parts of the pins in the pin cushion which are floral wire colored with silver food coloring. Hope you like it! Thanks for looking!
