I made one of these cakes a week ago for a co-worker's birthday. It was such a hit that another co-worker ordered one from me for her daughter's going away back to school party. Two layer red velvet cake with a cheesecake in the middle. Frosted and decorated with cream cheese frosting and chocolate decorations. TFL! :)
