This cake won the first proze in category and division at the Connecticut Cake competition, USA in 2009. It has a spray of orchids and stephonatis, quilled bird on top of a gumpaste plaque supported by royal icing strands, intricate design on sides on the cakes. The design was done with a 0 number tip and tool nearly 9 hours to complete.
