Used some gelatin this time (ribbon around the cake drum, ornament on the middle tier and butterfly). I was undecided if it looked better with white or turquoise ornament on the middle tier. TFL! Forgot to add: so many thanks to Carolinedoodles for posting a great Waves tutorial! I used her technique to make the ruffles - it's so easy and fast. Also the leaves were made with the same technique using just a small round cutter and a plastic fork.
