Beautiful! I am sure you will get rave reviews :) Do you do alot of shows? If so, which type of shows do you get the most business from? I am going to do my first one and would love some tips on what to do and what not to do...

Hi 6199, Thanks for the kind words! I usually do 1 or 2 shows per year. I use to do several but the cost for a show has gone up so high that it's approaching $1,000.00 for a one day show! Just can't justify giving that kind of money for 5-6 hours of meeting brides. What not to do -- do not take old/faded/chipped display cakes! I can't tell you how many shows I've been to where the cake place just brought in last year's displays that have yellowed or kid's picked off flowers...how lazy is that!! Al...

Stunning design and love the colors! If this were real cake, would it travel well?

Hi Superduper, If this were a real cake, I would wait until I got to the reception to put the very top cake and the tilted side cake on. I would then still dowel it very well. But the three main cakes will travel well (doweled well, of course!)
