This is a cake I did for a family friend who wanted her family added to the cake and also incorporate roses, diamonds and swans so this is what I came up with. The top tier is fruit cake and the bottom and middle are both sponge. TFL

How did you do the swans they look lovely. :)

Thanks zuckerblumen. I used flower paste and rolled the necks like a long sausage shaping the beak then marked them using a Scissors. Then used modelling paste for the body and hand cut the wings. Hope that helps TFL
