In community album: Graduation
I made this graduation cake for my brother to tell a story of his life. It starts with kindergarten and works up to grade 12. He plays many sports as well so that played into the design. The bottom layer is foam followed by vanilla with vanilla filling, chocolate with chocolate filling and confetti cake with vanilla filling. All the figurines are made from gumpaste and the grad hat and locker are rice cerreal treats! enjoy :) oh and this cake was made during a major blackout in my city, we had no power for 48 hours which means no fridge, freezer or mixer! It was quite the challenge and i almost gave up a few times but in the end it made it!
