Thank you L King, First make a ball of fondant the size you want the "poof" to be. Use any fondant tool to press in an "arm" shape into the back side of the ball. Next, pinch and pull some of the ball down so you can attach the ball to Barbies dress top front and back. Now slightly moisten the "poof" and just press it onto her shoulder and dress front/back. Make a few darts at the bottom of the ball with a fondant tool. ( Leave underarms pretty much open.) Now roll out a thin rectangle and wrap ...
L.King. Continued. Now roll out a thin rectangle to make the bottom of the sleeve and stick it on her arm. Slightly lift the lower edge off her arm top just so it doesn't look stuck down. Next roll a small fondant rose, cutting off excess fondant from the back of the rose and stick it on.
