Rose Top
This is my first attempt at fondant (roses are bc), 4 layer chocolate cake with bc filling. I used Satin Ice. Not happy with how the sides looked. There are a lot of seams and you can see where the cake layers are. Better luck next time. Practice, practice, practice. Although, I am pretty happy with my bc roses.
I hope I can do roses this pretty some day, my daughter did the same with the bc roses too and surprised us with mini heart cakes for valentines day
