Lovely!!! How did you carve the head, and what is the snout make out of?

Thanks everyone! I carved 2 smaller cakes into a ball (head), and then 2 bigger cakes into a ball (body), and stacked them all, put a dowel through, and iced them. Then I cut the body parts (arms, legs, nose, ears) out of 2 other cakes, and 'glued' them to the bear with icing. I then added the fondant details to the legs, nose, ears. Used a grass-tip to cover the entire bear with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream, and finally added the ribbon and the rabbit :-)
