The heat was well over 90 degrees that day and the humidity was thick. Had a terrible time trying to do this cake. Three-fold cord at bottom of each tier (I literally braided strips of fondant). Wine colored and white roses all from buttercream. The spots of "white" you see on the wine roses are really just glare from the thick humidity.
