This is a 2.5 foot shark cake that is about 4 inches up off the board. The coral is all made out of isomat. The jelly fish are made from gelatin bubbles and glass noodles. I found a small led light that changed colors an was able to secure that under the jelly fish. First time using gelatin and it was easier than I thought it would be. The sharks head did not come out they way I planned it, but I was still happy that I managed to make a fully 3D cake up off the board.
