this Cake was designed for a 60th birthday celebration for a very important lady! She loves the simple country life! The bottom cake is a decadent Chocolate tiramisu covered with mocha Swiss buttercream simulating a hay stack. The top tier is a moist carrot cake filled with a tangy cream cheese filling and covered with chocolate cream cheese frosting simulating an old basket. On top of the basket there are rum balls covered in chocolate and the carrots are white chocolate and honey almonds truffles!
