This simple cake was the cake from hell to me because of the high humidity here in Long Island, NY today. Anyway, enough with whining. The cake itself was made of vanilla filled with buttercream strawberry preserve cream cheese filling. It was crumb coated and iced with buttercream. The other decorations where made from fondant, huge problem again with humidity. No happy with my cake. I wish I knew what to do with the humidity problem. I started with an different idea of what cake to make but had to change it at last minute. Thanks guys for putting up with my complaints.):-(
