Hi, my name is Kristine and I am going to make this cake for a baptism this weekend.  I was wondering what the actual dementions of the cake were and if you layered it from a sheet cake.  I was going to make it a 3 layer cake and I don't know where or if I should cut around the cross or through it...piece it together!!  I'm assuming you use a full sheet pan?  How many oz. Of batter do you typically put in a full sheet pan?  Sorry for all the questions...but your make life so much easier if you could help!!  Thank you
