We were asked to create a cake for The Knot Magazine.

The brief included a 3 tier cake, one tier with ruffles, in baby pink and inspired by fabric... and this is what I came up with.

The pattern on the middle is handcut and the ruffle on the bottom tier is inspired by a skirt that I stumbled across online.
