The flower is closest to a 'Rosa brunonii Himalayan Musk Rose' - the centre of the white version flower has fine yellow stamens but otherwise looks identical. The 5 petal blossom cutters are so versatile : ) Thanks again everyone for your lovely comments, its the first time one of my cakes has been on the first page of the site
