Finale cake for Wiltons' Course One. Like 8 years ago! Happened to find the pic after all this time. Ha! Certificate and all! Forget what flavor the cake was but it was pink with white dots and burgundy roses and drop flowers. I was NOT afraid of COLOR! Everyone else pretty much stuck with white icing to cover the cakes but me. Had beautifully colored flowers on white.(Their cakes were beautiful! Very tallented people in that class!) Glad i got to be with them. :-)
