bottom tier was vanilla cake w/dulce de leche filling and top was chocolate cake w/chocolate cream cheese filling. All covered in white chocolate fondant. The tower itself is PVC pipe covered in RKT and then fondant and both building and roof are RKT covered in fondant. This was nerve racking to travel w/ but luckily it made it in 1 piece ;) Made cupcakes to match as well.
