I made these flower cupcakes with my 2 teenagers daughters for a friend of mine. My friend has an intelorance to gluten so these chocolate and yellow cupcakes are gluten-free. I used for the first time Betty Crocker mix and it is very good. Not the same texture as an usual cake but with the rapsberry jam filling and the butterapple filling topped with real buttercream, they were delicious. The flowers and bows were made with love in fondant.

I just love these! Can you tell me what you used to dry your leaves to get such a nice shape? Thanks for posting so many cakes they are great!

To achieve that shape with the leaves, I roll my fondant very thin. I always use MMF that I make myself. Hope it can help!
