Turtle Mountain Cupcake

This is a luscious chocolate cake cupcake with a milk chocolate buttercream spread around the rim then dipped in pecans. In the middle is a swirl of caramel icing. Both of the icings were taken from "Icing Only" an ebook by Kim Knott.
