SweetsbyLadawn - the cake was iced half and half. Each tier was it's own flavor. Some tiers had a thinner coat of chocolate icing because I just couldn't imagine eating lemon poppyseed or carrot with chocolate buttercream. lol ligea - the back looks exactle like the front. Each tier was iced exactly half and half and just set at angles. Thank you everyone for the nice words. This cake took ten years off my life =-}
