@melrose315 I used a kebab stick and rolled a layer of gumpaste around it. Added small 'balls' of gumpaste along the rod and poked a wire through to look like a fishing line. Allowed it to dry and and hung a gumpaste fish on the end. The stick is quite long and sticks into the cake for stability.
