The dates down either side are all of the premierships that the South Sydney Rabbitohs (rugby) have won since 1908. The cake is a buttercake in the centre and the sides are caramel mud cake. The rabbit and rooster are made of gum paste. The Rabbitohs and the Roosters have been rivals since 1908.
