This cake is a personal creation for a special client of mine. She chose to make it about her and her life. The bible represents her foundation in life, the middle tier represents her daughters who love ballet and the top tier is about her and her husband. The flowers on top are those that were at her wedding and the rings represent their marriage. The color purple is her graduating schools colors....She chose white chocolate cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate ganche frosting....what an amazing combination!!
