When I make a birthday cake for family I'm allowed to do whatever I want. In this case a cake for both my brothers allowed me to experiment with getting as much filling as possible into a cake. I made three short layers, cut the center out of the middle one and filled the hole with a cheesecake filling. Then I added a brick of cream cheese to Charlotte's whipped frosting and voila! It truly was good to the last bite.
