3 tier wedding cake with gelatin bubbles and mini cheesecakes. I just recently did the modern piping course, so glad i did (black piping on white' scary) but did it without any mishaps :)

Beautiful. What are gelatin bubbles?

Thank you. Gelatin bubbles are made by coating ballons in gelatin and then poping the balloon when dry. There's a tutorial on here (cake central)
