Red And White Pregnant Belly Cake.
I used the Wilton ball pan for the belly and large cupcakes for the female parts. I used Duff's red buttercream fondant (coupon at Michael's) and leftover white marshmallow fondant for the decorations. The bow is made of gum paste. This makes a small cake so I recommend putting this on top of a rectangle sheet cake for more servings. I also recommend covering the cake board in fondant for a cleaner look.
