Dory Finding Nemo Cake

Finding Nemo cake featuring Dory as the star! All decorations are hand modeled out of modelling chocolate except the seaweed which is gummpaste. The "sand" is brown sugar mixed with ground almonds.

Love, love, love it!!! is it iced with fondant? how did you get such sharp edges?? awesome cake!

Thanks Rosie2 :) Yes it's iced in fondant. I use ganache underneath and roll the fondant thin. I use 2 smoothers which I cut out of acetate to get the super sharp edge.

I bought it from Amazon.co.uk but you shoul be able to get it easily online. You need to look for 440 micron and over. HTH
